He hails from Ijebu-Ijesha, Osun State, Nigeria. Olalekan brings over a decade of experience spanning accounting, auditing, tax, real estate, hospitality, and financial services. He currently serves as an Area Manager (Finance) at Amazon.com Services LLC in the United States. He is the CEO of Rescue Boat Capital Limited, a financial institution in Nigeria that provides business loan services to small and medium-sized enterprises.

His professional journey is grounded in the values of precision, discipline, and resilience principles forged through his military service and refined through years of navigating complex financial landscapes across international markets.

Academically, Olalekan holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Lagos City Polytechnic (Nigeria), a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University (USA), a Master of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University (USA), and an MBA from the University of South Wales (UK). These academic milestones reflect his dedication to lifelong learning and a commitment to integrating global best practices into financial leadership.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Olalekan is passionate about making a positive community impact. He is the founder of the Olalekan Balogun Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating poverty and hardship among senior citizens in both Nigeria and the United States. Through this work, he strives to honor and support the generation that came before us by ensuring they live with dignity and care.

Emmanuel Adeolu Fajuyigbe is a versatile and forward-thinking professional whose career spans the fields of real estate, land surveying, and business consultancy. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Accounting from Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria.

A native of Ijebu-Ijesa in Osun State, Emmanuel blends his solid academic foundation in accounting with practical experience in property management and land administration. His strong grasp of financial principles, combined with his hands-on expertise in real estate and surveying, has earned him a reputation as a reliable and knowledgeable consultant in his field.

He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Emmfaj Integrated Services, a fast-growing enterprise headquartered in Ijebu-Jesa, Osun State. The company provides a broad range of services, including real estate brokerage, land survey assistance, and tailored consulting solutions for both individuals and businesses.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Emmanuel currently serves as the Osun State Coordinator of the Olalekan Balogun Foundation, where he plays a vital role in advancing community development initiatives.
